Oh, good grief! If the Yanks can’t compete why are the rest of us supposed to pay inflated US prices just because we are oh-so-scared of the terrible Chinese? The US promotes old fashioned capitalism but won’t follow those principles/guidelines when it comes to real-life competition — and to our pocketbooks! Chinese cars will steal info on (or from) the US? Get a grip, neigbours!

China doesn’t play fair in trade. Stealing American technology as a prerequisite to doing business in China is not fair trade. Literally Using slave labor is unethical, and when confronted, the Chinese say mind your own business.Okay, build them in the USA or China and export Chinese cars into MX.

So the White house says allowing this becomes a security risk to the US. BUT continues to allow anyone to cross our border and zero security risks. Who is buying out who. Yes corruption is also in the US.

Maybe the USA should make a deal with China also to build cars from China on USA soil, cuz their current offerings of lighting style vehicles are basically junk! And the whole Asian market seems more in tune to what customers want than any of the Big 3 automakers have presented in the last 10 years. The only thing they’re still good at is producing trucks apart from Ford’s failed electric version. So stick with what you’re good at and let the customers decide what they want in their driveway and in the Oval Office!
