For those who say the INE can not be touched there it is.

How can they legally do that? Not much improvements over Chiapas last time around.

At least Claudia Sheinbaum won and I suspect most people here voted for her. I have great hopes for this lady President and believe she will make a great difference if given enough time. !VIVA MEXICO!
