Hi Sheepdog. My Mexican friends used to joke in California, “amigo move to Mexico. You can retire before 55 and get a big house but no más Harley or Mercedes.” The house is the reward for giving up other things. I’m in the Tequila Jalisco area. Absolutely love it. I’ve been all over California and western United States. Tequila is my favorite place. Wonderful for riding my motorcycles also. I don’t feel like I’m giving up a lot.

With all the stop and go traffic plus slowing down for topes you would be often using battery power and constantly recharging your battery.
But as many know you don’t really want an expensive car or motorcycle here. Bad roads, parking, narrow streets.
In Mexico you get the big house but leave the Harley and Mercedes in California.
